Drake seems to be everywhere these days. The next place fans will find him is on Mary J. Blige’s upcoming album
Mary has invted him to guest on the song Mr Wrong for her upcoming album My Life II…The Journey Continues (Act 1), which also features Nas and Rick Ross.
Drake will drop a verse on the Jim Jonsin and Rico Love produced track.
Rico Love told Rap-Up that a video has already been filmed, and he gave an explanation about the song’s content. “It’s an extremely soulful song that expresses the true level of love that a woman can have for a man who is no good for her,” he said. “I wrote it because in many ways, I am Mr. Wrong.”
The project is Mary’s 10th studio album and will include features from Nas, Busta Rhymes, Beyonce, and Rick Ross.
This is not the first time Drake and Mary have worked together; during last year’s MTV Video Music Awards show, Drizzy brought out the Queen of Hip Hop and Soul for a performance of Thank Me Later’s “Fancy .” Mary’s album releases on November 21, just a week after Drake’s sophomore album, Take Care, is set to drop.
